MAXUS Assist – 5 Years Roadside Assistance

If your vehicle should unexpectedly fail, MAXUS Assist will provide emergency roadside repairs or recover you to the nearest MAXUS Dealer or MAXUS EV Dealer. This service is provided, free of charge, for 5 years or 60,000 miles (for electric vehicles) or 125,000 miles (for the Deliver 9) from the date of registration, whichever comes first.

Assistance is provided 24 hours a day, in the UK and Northern Ireland, and includes national recovery to the nearest dealer or home dealer, so you will never be left stranded. Assistance applies to mechanical and electrical defects which are covered by warranty.

MAXUS Auto Care provides the following benefits:

  • Full service, maintenance, and repair cover
  • Tyres can be included within the contract at an additional fixed cost
  • Ancillary equipment can also be included (at an additional fixed monthly cost)
  • Excludes: Damage/Neglect/Abuse/Glass and bulbs
  • A fixed, pre-agreed pence per mile rate
